Use Exercise to Combat the Effects of Vertigo

- Slowly move into your original seated position.
- Kneel down on the floor and look straight up at the ceiling.
- Touch your head to the floor with your chin tucked in and wait there at least 30 seconds or until your symptoms subside.
- Turn your head 45-degrees towards the affected ear and wait there for another 30 seconds.
- With your head still turned, quickly raise your head until it’s level with your back and wait for another 30 seconds.
- Raise your head until it’s in its original position with your head still turned and wait for another 30 seconds.
- Slowly stand up.
